Zhichao Xia, PhD
Zhichao got his Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University (2017), where he then did postdoc research on neural mechanisms underlying Chinese reading and dyslexia. He also conducts neuroimaging studies in multiple fields, including language acquisition in L2, categorical perception of lexical tone, musicianship, and cortical reorganization caused by visual deprivation. The primary (and very general) goals are to reveal the "LINKs" between the brain and behaviors and understand why we are so different from each other. Traveling and adventure are his favorites after work.
